Immune boosting smoothie

Looking for an immune boosting way to kick off your day?This delicious smoothie has a high fibre content along with immune boosting vitamins and antioxidants.  

This delicious gorgeous sunny recipe is packed full of delicious goodness,  the perfect way to pop a a pep in your step!


  • 1 large peeled segmented orange 
  • 1 kiwi peeled
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries 
  • 1 cup cold organic almond or coconut milk 
  • 1 teaspoon manuka honey   
  • 2 tablespoons live natural yoghurt  
  • Almond flakes  (optional)


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add a little water if needed .
  3. Serve immediately preferably in chilled glasses. 
  4. Sprinkle with flaked almonds.
  5. Sit a slice of fresh orange onto rim of glass.
  6. Enjoy!
