BEE POLLEN NO-BAKE BROWNIES


Ingredients:
• 1 tsp. Bee Pollen
• 1 cup Cocoa Nibs
• 2 cups Walnuts
• 1 cup Almonds
• 12 Medjool Dates
• Pinch of Sea Salt

Method:
1. Blend the dates and salt in a food processor.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blitz.
3. Place in a lined baking tray.
4. Leave to set in the fridge before serving.
