Baby Teething Biscotti

Makes 20


  • 50g butter, softened
  • 50g light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 150g plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon





  1. Pre-heat the oven to 160C Fan / 180 C
  2. Cream the butter and sugar together, then add the egg, flour, baking powder and cinnamon
  3. Mix until you have a dough. Knead on a floured work surface
  4. Divide into two pieces and roll out to 2 x 18 x 4 cm long
  5. Place on a baking sheet lined with non stick paper
  6. Bake for 25 minutes
  7. Remove from the oven and slice each sausage into 2 cm thick slices
  8. Place on a baking tray and put back into the oven for 20 minutes turning over half way through the cooking time
